WHAT IS A FERAL CAT ?

A feral cat is a domestic cat living wild, either because they or their desendants have strayed from home or they are unwanted and been abandoned and they breed.
A female can produce 120 kittens in her lifetime.
They gather in colonies wherever they can find food and shelter,in back gardens, behind shops or factories.
They are afraid of humans having had no contact with them.
The kittens are easier to tame than adults.Kittens up to six weeks usually tame quite quickly.8-10 weeks, they take longer.Over 9 weeks it becomes more difficult but it can be done.
Adults are much harder to tame.It can take years but some never tame down.It depends how set in their ways they are.It takes a lot of time and plenty of patience.
