Photo by Andy Rasboras like Barbs and Danios belong to the Cyprinid family. They can be distinguished from Characins by the lack of an adipose fin. None of the family have teeth. The Rasboras are good community fish but are a little more demanding than a lot of others and are not for the newcommer to the hobby. Back to Main Index |
