SlamRichmond is in its third season with new faces and a new approach.

Felicia "Transition" Winston, a member of the team that competed in the 2007 National Poetry Slam, takes over as slam master. The qualifying season to make Team Richmond 2008 begins in January, but there will be three "preseason" events between now and the end of the year, including two installments of SlamRichmond's "Open Minds Open Mic."
