Bad News: NJ mandates preschool flu-shots My thoughts on why NOT: As things go now, for a flu shot to be useful, you have to presuppose a normally functioning immune system (not one that is autoimmune) and you have to have the virus being the cause of the flu (which I do not believe is the case.)
