It is our goal here to help all of our members within 24 hours of the time that they submit their computer problem. This is called our "24 Hour Service Guarentee." The 24 Hour Service Guarentee means that you will receive a response to a computer problem within 24 hours from the time you submitted your problem. If you do not receive an answer to your computer question within 24 hours, this may mean that you did not submit any information asked from the Information Form, or members may not know anything about your problem. We are not held responsible for not answering your questions. We may also ask you to post some information we may require about your computer. When submitting computer problems to us, it is very important that give us the problem in great detail and that you submit the information we ask about your computer. This information can be found in our Information Form. Please post all computer problem questions in our General Board. There are other things to do here at Free Computer Support as well. You may post jokes, pictures, any windows or program tips to our Tips and Tricks board and more. In order to make sure all of our member's stay safe, it is important that you follow the Golden Rule.
