Updated: 9-08-08 Casting (And Other) GH News    General Hospital has cast Lisa Locicero in a recurring role as Kate's cousin Olivia. Olivia plans to attend Sonny and Kate's wedding.....if it's on.  One day it is, one day it isn't.  Locicero's first air date on GH will be Friday, September 19th.   General Hospital has cast Vincent Pastore (from "The Sopranos") to join GH in October as a "Big Time Mobster", and the father of Max and Milo.    General Hospital has cast Sandra Hess as "Sasha", attorney for Russian Mob Kingpin "Karpov", portrayed by Ilia Volok.
