| As an intermediate webpage designer, I love making everything from banners, siggies to websets and backgrounds. I also like to share - so that's why there's this Terms Of Use page - to inform you of what I would exactly like you to take - and what not. Please read this blurb before continuing! 1. For now, the only thing availible to snag are websets - that are not stated as Genuine Award's exclusive. Those on Websets page are free to take - but those saved in the Exclusively Websets are not for you. 2. All of the backgrounds of Genuine Awards are made by me - banners, siggies, websets, graphics are too. Do not take them off any page except Websets unless you have my written (e-mailed) permission. 3. Genuine Awards's websets are not to be resold, or even given out. They are not to be mixed with any other images, or to be claimed to be made by you. 4. Do not take any of our free images to a site that has Adult material. 5. When you take webset(s), please link the 'Designed By Melody' button back to Genuine Awards ( http://groups.msn.com/GenuineAwards ). 6. Do not cut, crop, add, delete anything off these sets. they are to be left alone, and just for your personal use. 7. Please do not copy and paste - save it from Genuine Awards, upload it into your own album, then you are free to use it. It'll only take a few seconds and not much amount of bandwidth - but if you break that rule, I will, first, ban you fron Genuine Awards and report you. 8. Please drop off a note in the General board about the websets you're taking and the url of the page you are putting it on. Thank you. 9.
