The Book of Jubilees is an apocryphal scripture which narrates the genesis of angels on the first day of Creation and the story of how a group of fallen angels known as the grigori mated with mortal females, giving rise to a race of giants known as the Nephilim. The Nephilim which were in existence during the time of Noah were wiped out by the great flood. However, biblical accounts found in Numbers, Deuteronomy, and Joshua indicate that the Nephilim, as well as other races of giants who were the progeny of the Nephilim, were reconstituted after the flood, presumably by angels who fell from grace after the flood.
Jubilees 7:18 – “And they began sons, the Naphidem, and they were all unlike and they devoured one another: the giant slew the Naphil, and the Naphil slew the Eljo, and Eljo the children of men, and all publicly practised every unrighteousness;
and after all these the animals, and the beasts, and the birds, and whatever walks and moves on the earth; and much blood was spilt on the earth, and all the thoughts and deeds of men were wicked in all the days”
Jubilees 4:23 – “And he testified to the Watchmen, those that sinned with the daughters of men; for they had commenced to mix with the daughters of the earth, so that they were defiled; and Enoch testified against them all”
Jubilees 5:1 – “And it happened, when the sons of the children of men commenced to increase over the face of the whole earth and daughters were born to them, that the angels of the Lord saw them in one year of this jubilee,
that they were beautiful to look upon; and they took unto themselves wives from whomever they chose, and they bore them sons, and these were giants”
Jubilees 5:5 – “And concerning the angels whom he had sent upon the earth, he was greatly enraged, that he would root them out of all their power; and he said to us that we should bind them in the midst of them (depths) and separate”
Jubilees 7:17 – “For on account of these three things the deluge came over the earth, namely on account of fornication, in which the Watchmen indulged against the commandments of their law,
with the daughters of men, and took to themselves wives from all whom they chose and made the beginning of uncleanness”
Jubilees 7:18 – “And they began sons, the Naphidem, and they were all unlike and they devoured one another: the giant slew the Naphil, and the Naphil slew the Eljo, and Eljo the children of men, and all publicly practised every unrighteousness;

Jubilees 10:1 - "And in the third week of this jubilee the evil demons began to lead astray the sons of Noah and deceived them and destroyed them."
Jubilees 10:4 - "And thou knowest how the Watchmen, the fathers of these spirits, acted in my day; and these spirits also which are alive, cast them into prison and hold them in the places of judgement,
and let them not destroy the sons of thy servant, my God, for they are terrible and created for destroying; and may not rule over the spirits of the living; for they alone knowest their judgement."
Jubilees 10:7 - "And the angel of the spirits, Mastema, came and said: 'O Lord, Creator, leave some of them before me, and they shall hear my voice and they shall do all things that I tell them; for if thou dost not leave any of them to me
I shall not be able to accomplish the power of my will among the children of men, for they are here for corrupting, and destroying, and leadign astray before the judgement, for great is their wickedness to the children of men.'"
Jubilees 10:8 - "And he said: 'The tenth part of them shall be left before him and nine parts shall descend into the place of judgement.'"
The book of the Jubilees remarks that Jared, an Old Testament patriarch, was so called because in his days the angels descended ( Yeh-red, to descend) on the
earth.
Origen, translates the word Jordan as (Yar-dane) "the place of the descent". Jordan is located in the ancient boundary of Israel. Significantly, Israel is currently a major location for sighting fallen angels, rebel ben Elohim, and their UFO craft.
The Book of Enoch explains that the Sons of God descended first onto the mountain called Hermon which in Hebrew means desolation, in the land of Jordan the place of the descent.
Desolation is exactly what Satan and his angels intended to make the earth by destroying the descendents of Adam. Obviously, to make desolate the earth, not only of man but of God's influence has been the devil's goal from the beginning.
The book of the Jubilees remarks that Jared or Yeh-red, an Old Testament patriarch, was so called because in his days the angels descended upon the earth - Yaw-rad "descend". Many books which were originally in the Bible--the books of Enoch, Jasher, Jubilees, and so on--contain the whole story of the fallen angels who rebelled in order to mate with human women. These beings were called the NEPHILIM, literally "those who came/fell down."
A recent dead-sea scroll find and translation, "the Book of Giants," also contains this story in great detail. Before you question the validity of the non-canonical books I mention, keep in mind that not only were they part of the original Old Testament, but many of them--particularly Enoch--were quoted from by the Apostles in the New Testament. Quotes from the book of Enoch can found in the books of Jude, Revelation, and several other places. The book of Enoch pre-dated the time of Christ by around 300 years. In the Old Testament, Genesis tells us that "the sons of God looked upon the daughters of men and found them fair, and took of them wives as they chose." The result of these unholy, unsanctioned unions were "the mighty men of old, the men of renown." The actual translation of this passage reads something like this: "The nephilim came and took human wives for themselves, as many as they wanted. Their children were the nephilim of old, the giants."
The books of Jasher, Jubilees, Enoch, and others contain the complete story of what happened in the antediluvian (pre-flood) world. The Nephilim angels set themselves up as pagan "gods" to be worshipped, and their hybrid, genetically monstrous sons as "demigod" kings over the rest of humanity. These offspring were also called nephilim, and they were brutal, cruel, occultic and cannibalistic giants who treated ordinary human beings with contempt. There were 300 original "Watchers" above the Earth, who rebelled and became the Nephilim. Their leader was named Semyaza. Through corrupt angelic knowledge, the pre-flood world was corrupted.
It is very important that christians understand the story of the nephelim. God made it a point when in the bible it states "As it was in the days of Noah, so shall it be in the days of the Son of man"
Christians must analyze what was going on in those days to understand what is going to happen IN THE FUTURE.

And they begot sons the Naphidim, and they were all unlike, and they devoured one another: and the Giants slew the Naphil, and the Naphil slew the Eljo, and the Eljo mankind, and one man another… And after this they sinned against the beasts and birds…
Jubilees 10.1-12 After the flood, evil spirits began afflicting many of Noah’s descendants. Noah prayed to God to bind all of the demons away from men. God bound nine-tenths of the demons leaving only one-tenth to tempt and torment man. Revelation 9 tells that the other nine-tenths will be released during the great tribulation.
If the angels are bound and the Nephilim are disembodied spirits where did the giants come from after the flood?
A third rebellion? No.

Jubilees 8.1-5 And Cainan grew, and his father taught him writing, and he went to seek for himself a place where he might seize for himself a city. And he found a writing which former (generations) had carved on the rock, and he read what was thereon, and he transcribed it and sinned owing to it; for it contained the teaching of the Watchers in accordance with which they used to observe the omens of the sun and moon and stars in all the signs of heaven. And he wrote it down and said nothing regarding it; for he was afraid to speak to Noah about it lest he should be angry with him on account of it.
And it goes on to say how they divided the whole earth between Ham, Shem, and Japheth
The Book of Jubilees also elaborates on the sin of these angels:
JUBILEES 5:1 And it came to pass when the children of men began to multiply on the face of the earth and daughters were born unto them, that the angels of God saw them on a certain year of this jubilee, that they were beautiful to look upon; and they took themselves wives of all whom they 2 chose, and they bare unto them sons and they were giants. . . .
