To participate in any promotion( to an assistant manager or gym leader) you must have all three life badges.
First life badge is( fire life badge)
To get this badge you must at least get three members to this community, it get three recomendations from other members to tell me why I should promote you or why should I let you attempt any tournaments.(win 2 battles)
Second badge( water life badge)
To get this badge you must , get 6 members and get 7 recomendations, for the same reason as for the fire badge) (win 4 battels)
Wind life badge-
To get this badge you must get 9 members and get 13 recomendations and also I want you to open your own community and let me join(this will represent that you are respnsible) ( win 7 battle)
After you do all this things for at least one badge leave a message in the message board, and you will be one more step closer to be able to compete for an assistant manger in this big community( more info go to the calendar and see the date, I think that you have to get all the badges by May 31 to be able to participate in who wants to Become and Assistatna manger)
