During the summer months you can find our members busy volunteering their time at the many charity bingos being run around the city. They are also assisting with parking for major events being held this summer and collecting clothes for the needy.

Activities
Members from all three Orders in Thunder Bay gathered at the Victoria Inn in January for dinner prior to the Joint Installation of Officers. PSR Wayne Huber installed the Officers-Elect for Amethyst Lodge # 49. Chancellor Commander Grant Boyer welcomed all in attendance. PGC Avril Howald installed the Officers-Elect for Welcome Temple # 7. Most Excellent Chief Janet Huber is looking forward to a wonderful year. PIR Wayne Huber installed the Officers-Elect for Kathundra Temple # 25. Royal Vizer Brian Berringer anticipates a banner year for the DOKK's.

Another successful Fundraising Dinner was held in February. This time a delicous turkey with all the trimmings was enjoyed by all. The company was superb and everyone enjoyed themselves. Plans are in the works for another Roast Beef Dinner in the coming months.

Trip to the Grand Portage
Members of Amethyst Lodge and Kathundra Temple attended the Grand Portage Casino for an evening of gambling and fun.
A great time was had by all.
