BOSTON BLACKIE THE MOVIES

How about a new movie event based on the life of Boston Blackie, a real time piece from his early safecracking years, during a severe economical depression period, when alone, he might have been caring on his own for some sick family member, perhaps a younger sister with tuberculoses, and the boy just not seeing any honest way out to pay for medicine and medical treatments, he would turned to criminal activities, until the day she died of her disease and he eventually got caught and sent to jail. After doing is time of incarceration, a few years later, Boston Blackie became his own sort of private detective with the help of Mary that would later become his wife; and often Blackie on a case would quickly become main suspect for the police who didn't trust him, and wanting just one good reason to send him back in jail. So he would have to prove his innocence every time by solving the crimes and unmasking the guilty as he became one of the best private eye in the business, annoying at times police Inspector Farraday, most always the first one to suspecting him of any wrong doing. Deep down, this can be one real interesting character, and in some clever way, it would be nice to merging together the differences between the classic 1940's radio series, and the earlier silent and later films, with the original Boston Blackie short stories novel by Jack Boyle starting in 1914



Et pourquoi pas un nouvel évènement cinématographique basé sur la vie de Boston Blackie, un vrai film d'époque de ses tous débuts dans ses années de dévaliseur de coffre-forts, durant une période de dépression économique sévère, où seul, il aurait aussi bien pu avoir à prendre soin par lui-même d'un membre malade de sa famille, possiblement une jeune soeur atteinte de la tuberculose, et le garçon ne voyant aucune façon honnête de s'en sortir et payer pour les médicaments et les traitements, il se tournerait vers des activités criminelles, jusqu'au jour où elle mourut de sa maladie et qu’éventuellement il se fasse prendre et pour être envoyé en prison. Après avoir fait son temps en incarcération, quelques années plus tard, Boston Blackie devient en quelque sorte détective privé avec l'aide de Mary qui deviendra plus tard sa femme; et souvant Blackie sur un dossier fut rapidement considéré comme suspect principal par la police qui ne lui faisait aucune confiance et ne cherchait seulement qu'une seule raison pour le renvoyer en prison. Alors il devrait avoir à prouver son innocence à chaque fois en solvant les crimes et démasquant les coupables, faisant de lui l'un des plus grands détectives privés dans le métier, agaçant parfois l'inspecteur de police Farraday qui la plus par du temps était le premier à le soupçonner de mal. Au fond, ceci peut être un personnage véritablement intéressant, et d'une façon intelligente, il serait bien de joindre ensemble les différences entre la série classique de la radio des années 1940, ainsi que les premiers films non parlants et les autre plus tard, avec la série d'histoires courtes de romans originaux de Boston Blackie par Jack Boyle débutant en 1914

PS: Please release in DVD sets the Boston Blackie 1940's Chester Morris' films, and maybe even a few of the earlier silent films staring in 1918; also reprinting preferably in hardcover book the complete collected edition of all the Boston Blackie short stories by Jack Boyle starting in 1914, and all of Moonstone's Boston Blackie comic books, from Moonstone Noir, to Bloody Shame in collected edition regular standard size, possible with more stories of the same character
