by Renaud Bédard NICK FURY THE MOVIES by Renaud Bédard

The eldest of three children born to an American pilot killed in action during the final year of World War One, for Nicholas Joseph Fury the war never really ended, it just moved on to a higher-level playing field, where the hero evolved from soldier to the big time international high tech spy game as agent and eventually director of S.H.I.E.L.D. For some, seeing Nick Fury is not pleasant news, and they know something serious is going on; others clearly hate him for using them and hiding things from them, all just to get their collaboration for a mission and get the job done at any cost going to extremes if necessary

The real Nick Fury in respect with the original character and continuity created in 1963 is of white European American origin, and never meant to be of black African American origin; so for those who can't handle an original white character, they should create their own original black characters rather than mess around with great classics they never create to begin with. At best other versions should only be considered as an ultimate distant cousin joke; and if there ever was an ultimate Nick Fury film option with the best chance for huge box-office success, it would be Bruce Willis, and certainly not Snakes-In-The-Plane Cheese-Boy which I will never care for
PS: To get a good feel of the real Nick Fury and what he is really capable of, I suggest reading Secret War, written by Brian Michael Bendis and painted by Gabriele Dell'Otto
