Dear Reader, Welcome. I am a Community Medicine Specialist in HIV/AIDS. There is only one sure way of controlling the spread of HIV/AIDS - the right information at the right time. We all have hundreds of questions re: the transmission/prevention of HIV/AIDS and sexuality. Such questions are, no doubt, of a very sensitive and private nature. We find it difficult to discuss such matters with our friends, parents, teachers et al. Even when we do gather the courage to discuss these issues, the answers are not conclusive or authoritative. They are based more on hearsay and fallacy. Here, it will be my endeavour to answer your queries, based on the latest clinical research on the subject. Also, all messages will be moderated and all correspondence will be STRICTLY confidential. If you so desire, your queries will not be posted to the group - only the relevant answers will be open to view.
