"Mark" ~ Sold

Mark is Sold..... I sold him to my farrier, Dwight Adams, a competive teamroper, that will use him for team roping, when older.  He went to a good home....

This is a colt that was born in Sept. of 2003.  He was WILD  and had not been touched and was gelded the old fashioned way (which was not a pleasant experience for him) just 6 weeks before he had come to my place to be halter broke!  So he was very wild and didn't like people to say the least!   But luckily he LOVED treats and very food oriented!  And within 2 weeks I could put a halter on him any where, he'll lead, can brush him, and fly spray him!  1 month later I clipped him for the first time and did not tie him up.. just held him and was able to clip his bridle path and nose just standing in the alley way of the barn!  No fight!  Just an amazing little guy who's built like a brick s**t house!   And his mind and temperment is exceptional!!!  He will mature right around 15 hds, he will not be very tall, but VERY stout!!  He  will have no problem roping both ends and could also be a steer trippers delux!  Just a awsome, awsome colt!  I am hoping to get him going in the roping (when he's old enough)... Unless I get a offer that I can not pass up on him!  He is cowy!  I've ponied him around when my step-dad team ropes and he likes to watch (very interested!)... He also likes to try to smash what ever little animal comes into his pen... including goats! lol!  Luckily he didn't fatally wound the kid's little pygmy goat! lol!  His mother had the automatic slide and lead changes.  He is a gt.grandson of Two Eyed Jack and looks allot like him (but better~!)  His dam goes back to Poco Dee Three and Spanish Native (foundation bred)... I know colt will have the automatic lead changes, I've seen... and have seen him sit on his but before!  He's extremly light mouthed colt.  I have done the ground work on him, ground drove him.  He's just a neat ~ neat colt!  I know what his potential is!  He will get you noticed!
