Welcome. This forum is for discussion of the work, life, and ideas of Henry Corbin -French orientalist, mystic, and phenomenologist in matters imaginal. Discussion topics on the main or "General" message board include the relevance of Corbin's ideas to contemporary society, psychology, esoterica, philosophy, imagination, physics, spirituality, film, politics, history, mysticism, religion, soul..... and much more.

Additional message boards may be added over time (feel free to suggest one), and will be labelled according to the contents to be discussed therein. The general rule of thumb for such adjunct forums is that they continue the basic theme of a phenomenology of the imaginal- of which Henry Corbin is our chief embassador.

I think you are being too harsh on Sardello. I have been studying Corbin for many years and as a student of Islamic mysticism and Ibn 'Arabi I have found Hillman's use of the mundus imaginalis qu...
