CLIENT VERIFICATION
Clients will receive Client Verification Card with their Registration No. Including name, type of course, dates to-from, and session time.
Note: As a public service there are times that we take on free clients, this is rare, however we treat them with the respect as paying clients. Generally, this might include a free Kid Aware program, Anti-Victim program, or you may have won in our Free Week contest.
Rescheduling Policy: If there is ever a time that you must reschedule please give a minimum of four hours notice. I will attempt to either make up a rescheduled class for you or we will consolidate sessions to include the most important points only. If no or too little of a notice is given and I show to your door to train you, there will be no make up for that day. However, I will consolidate the next session down to include the most imporatant points from the previously missed session. I do care for every one of our clients and wouldn't want you to miss vital information.
Refund Policy: If you at any time decide to discontinue the course I will refund a pro-rated 25% of your fees. This means that if the remainder of your course is 4 days and the total of those 4 days was pro-rated at $48 then your refund would be $12. I would like to refund it fully, however I have lost a space in scheduling that will be quite difficult to refill. So I would be at quite a loss in two ways- one, losing you as a client, and two- loss of an allocated spot that would be quite difficult to fill (this means loss of funds that I can't put back into ICC).
Dismissal Policy: If for some unfortunate set of circumstances I believe that it is unethical to train you, this can be due to several reasons such as: I discover you are taking ICC sessions to learn how to maliciously harm another person, if I deem that you are addicted to drugs and can be a danger to other people, or if I believe that you are in need of psychological or interdictive help- then I will refund a pro-rated amount of 50% of your fee. This means that if the remainder of your course is 4 days and the total of those 4 days was pro-rated at $48 then your refund would be $24. I will count my losses as experience, contact a local mental health medical facility in concerns for you and let by-gones be by-gones. This is the rarest of cases, in fact, as of yet it has never of happened, however I leave no stone unturned.
