This is a unique collaboration . and marks a new milestone in creative sound. A large proportion of the CD is dedicated to other "ethnic" instruments,
I couldn't really find anything bad to say about this album, even if I wanted to. After listening to the album two or three times I feel that the musicians and producers have chosen to create their own niche and filled it excellently.
The varied instrument sounds on this CD aren't meant to dominate tracks, but more to blend in and add a unique flavour which they do and more besides. Probably the highlghts of the collection for me were "Living with a ghost", "What does your ancestor say" and Where did We Come From" , which are very evocative examples of how subtle voice and Instumentation can be used to enhance a track and create a unique and usual ambience. Overall this is a wild collection of wonderful instruments, Sounds, voices, and FEELING . Sounds promising for the future.
Overall - Excellent collection of didgeridoo and ethnic instruments blended to create a new musical experience

DIDJABOUT by ILARIO VANNUCCHIhttp://groups.msn.com/INDIDGINUSDOOS/profile?user=ilariokov%E2%9C%93
This is a wonderful record, full of evocative didj grooves and musical images. Each song creates its own small (but wide) universe and tells its own story. the disc captures your attention from the start.
I must say that for the style and sound, this CD is actually one of the better CDs of it's kind I have heard. No vocals, but many different "sounds" captured and layered together create a continuous sound that takes your mind on a journey far beyond the normal imagination. The flow is evident and actually gives a spectacular feel as you are transported to the inner realms of near madness (JOKING)

So....here it is. The first offerings from members of http://groups.msn.com/INDIDGINUSDOOS
I, for one, hope it is not the last collaboration from these artists, and I must say how impressed I was with all the tracks. This is a collection of tracks from players of vastly differing experience and with completely different styles which I feel offers something for everyone. I am proud to have this C.D. in my collection and , with practise, hopefully I and other members will submit tracks for the follow-up. It might have a really catchy name.....like......Volume 2...!
