Bosco and I did everything together. He was a Brittany Spaniel. Very energetic and full of life.
The one thing we did together that is sticking in my mind is get electrocuted. Let me explain. Bosco loved to run and a friend said we could hang out on his farmplace. We were out there one very hot summer day. Bosco was sniffing and running and I was following. He suddenly must have gotten hot because before I knew it he went into fenced area with the cows and precedec to jump into their water tank, he was happily lapping up the water.. In was easy- but he couldn't get out. I am not so brave so I decided to lift him out without going into the cow area. I leaned over the fence put my arms under him and zap suddenly I was thrown back about 15 feet, I could hear him yipping. When I finally gathered myself enough to think I realized I had inadvertantly touched the electric fence and he and I got a good jolt from the fence conducting to the water. I thne proceded to go into the area and rescue my baby. We were both shaky but alright. My Bosco lead me on many adventures but this one shocked me. How I adored that crazy, loving , stubborn, loving, wonderful Bosco

I may have lived most of my life with another,
But you outshine them with a love so much stronger.
And I promise to return all the love I can give,
To you, my dear person, as long as I live.
I may be with you for a week, or for years,
We will share many smiles, you will no doubt shed tears.
And when the time comes that God deems I must leave,
I know you will cry and your heart, it will grieve.
And when I arrive at the Bridge, all brand new,
My thoughts and my heart will still be with you.
And I will brag to all who will hear,
Of the person who made my last days so dear.
