Hi everyone and Welcome to any new members! or anyone just looking!! For those not yet acquainted with our Group - 'Just Girls' is Newcastle based, with members as far as Sydney, the Central & North Coast, and inland from Denman, Merriwa & Mudgee. It all began in September 2001 with a very eager little band of 18 made up of all ages, (from 17 to 60 something!), from fast sports bikes, to even a trail bike! L's, P's and experienced riders, all made the trip to Walcha on Thunderbolts Way & back. We now have a membership of well over 200, with usually more than 30 girls on every weekend away! There are no membership or joining fees - our aim is to have a fun ride at your own pace, with a distance that isn't exhausting, the road challenging in parts, but not daunting, and above all enjoyable! At the moment we have 4 'Just Girls' weekends away annually, March, May, July and September. Then we have the Newcastle Pink Ribbon Ride in October which is for everyone - other clubs, groups, men, women and children - all are invited for that one, the more the merrier We encourage the girls to attend various Rallies and Events throughout the year and organise day and evening rides.
