Hows things?

 

Just to reiterate - as mentioned in the Messages section - Brainz has added to his bits.  Also, he has pretty much doubled the Quotes Section!!!  With such names as Douglas Adams, Spike Milligan, Woody Allen, and even the previous wonders from the Human Race - how can you afford not to look at the Quotes section right now!!! (not to mention the rest of The Socket.

 

Incidentally, does anyone know of a nightclub called the socket?  No reason, it just kinda sounds like it could be a club name!  Let me know if u do!!!

 

And I'll leave you with the news that a suspicious package was recently discovered in Loughborough Town Centre.  Thinking it was a bomb, the kind lady that discovered it walked it to the Police Station!!!

Hi!

 

I don't know what's happened to the message board but its not letting me write messages on there so i will put this here instead.  I am now moving to Gloucester to start a new job.  It may mean I don't have internet for a while... or it may not... I know not.  Juvvly will still be here, though, I am determined to keep it up and running.  Please do continue to message / be random / etc.

 

We are currently hot chocolate testing so with any luck a hot chocolate guide miht appear at some point in the socket.  Do look out for it!

ps Prang seems to have disappeared.  He was last seen in Shrewsbury covered in glue and wool heading west... really worry about that frog sometimes.  I will try and recover him the same way that Harold Bishop was recovered rather confusingly!!!

Howdy! just one week left on the caption competition!!!

 

Another of my poems has gone up here, this one has more of a Christian feel to it and is more serious than some of the others. i hope it is still enjoyable, however !!!

Just thought I'd share a true story... upon hearing that putting rice grains inside a violin then emptying them out again helps to get rid of any dust in the violin, one schoolboy was inspired to try it.  Unfortunately, the rice he used was not that perhaps advocated by the inventor of the tip... he used a tin of Ambrosier Rice Pudding!!!!!
