Investigation Report
Aylesford Working Men's Club
Saturday 3rd December
Team: Debs, Nicki, Jo, Chris, Jay, Tracy and Alan
Front room (main bar)
- In the right bay window ( as you entered the bar from the back room ) Tracy picked up the faint smell of flowers and just kept picturing a table there with a vase of flowers on them.
- Kevin sat at the pub table in the bay and picked up on an Edwardian dressed woman in her early twenties sat by the table.
- We looked at the layout of the room and thought that the room had originally been two ( maybe four) rooms with a central corridor running through to a staircase.
- Alan picked up on 3 people. One being a maid (with the name Ethel?), and one a doctor with a long moustachace that joined into long side burns. The maid he felt, belonged to the right hand room and he sensed this was a waiting area where guests/(patients?) were taken to. The Doctor he saw belonged to the left hand room and did not venture from there.
- We all sat in the middle of the room and Alan sensed the Doctor stood to the left behind Tracy and Chris. He then 'diagnosed' ailments which included someone with a problem in their lower stomach/abdomen and problems with migraines (he pictued the doctor pointing to his temple). He also sensed that the doctor had balance problems and that most of the time people would have seen him sitting down as standing up made him shaky.
- he sensed the third person, a woman had problems with her lower jaw ie like a sensitive teeth problem.
The smell in the bay remained during the time we were in the room and at about 2am Chris suddenly felt like someone had blown cigarette smoke into his face - not the sensation but the smell.
We did not pick much up down in the cellar except for the feeling that something was moving at the bottom of the cellar stairs. Chris kept feeling that as he looked away from the staircase something 'moved' out the corner of his eye which drew his gaze back to the spot. Tracy moved to a spot where she could clearly see the bottom of the stairs and it did appear that every now and then a small 'distortion' of the back wall would occur.
During an experiment with a glass Chris, Alan and Tracy experienced movement. They said it was as if like they were being played with (nicely) as the glass spun slowly to the point where their fingers kept getting knotted (like playing twister). This happened three times and Alan was convinced it was a man (Matt). All of them could feel what Tracy can only describe as mild electric shocks passing up through their hands during this.
Kent Paranormal Group would like to thank the venue for their hospitality and all those members who attended the investigation.
Thanks to Tracy for taking the notes!
