The vision of Chief Justice Lambert is to see Family Court operating in every Kentucky county within 10 years. Currently Family Court is serving over 2 million people throughout 43 counties - nearly half of Kentucky's population. Family Court will continue to expand into additional counties as financial resources become available. While 32 states have variations of this program, Kentucky's system is so progressive and successful that it is considered a national model.

We are committed to showing respect and sincerity for every person regardless of their status and we continuously strive to improve the quality and effectiveness of our services, while measuring success through the eyes of the families who are touched by our Court.

The truth of it is... that it was a historic money moment for the Judges, lawyers, and mental health officials to racketeer families and rake in the money. They speak with a "forked" tongue and violate families, discriminate against fathers most often, pinching profits at every turn in the maze. Can the Chief Justice honestly say that he is UNAWARE of what levels of constitutional violations are going on in the lower courts and surrounding racketeering agencies?

Attorneys practicing in family law (like mindless sharks patrolling the icy waters) have enjoyed a 300% increase in earnings.Domestic Violence "treatment" centers popping up all over. The administrative office of the courts have a list of (crony) agencies to choose from. The family courts steer profits to these surrounduing agencies in what amounts the greatest widespread abuse of constitutional rights ever scammed upon the public trust - EVER.

On Sept. 17th 2004, a nationwide initiative was launched and class action lawsuits were filed in nearly every state against the states for a pattern of gross violations of rights. For destruction of families by the Family Court Complexes. For the corrupt and abusive Child Support collection machines of the state that has sytematically oppressed good loving fathers and turned them into "open wallets" (SLAVES)extorting for profit, and made children fatherless, and sometimes motherless. We are talking about good, loving, fit fathers, and mothers, who are rationed down to minimal time with their children and treated like second class citizens.

The child support collection machines will no longer be needed, because full joint and equal custody, not an imaginary term called timeshare cloaking the actual fact of "just visiting", will eliminate its existence. The taxpayers will save millions as well. All financial responsibility for a child will be the private right of the parents to determine, not the state. We all know that it's a money racket and political scheme.

Kentucky will become strengthened and the children will have what's in their best interest...BOTH parents.
