Kings Clipstone Area Information
Finding your way around historic Kings Clipstone in the heart of ancient Sherwood Forest is easy because the village retains it's historic layout along the B6030.
Multimap provide the most up-to-date online maps of Kings Clipstone - although even they still use the old name of Old Clipstone.
Copyright rules prevent downloading here but the link above will take you to the NG21 9BT post code in the centre of the village.
(Right-click the link and select "Open in new window" - or "New Tab" if you use FireFox - if you want to switch easily between the map and this page.)
The older parts of the village are to the East of NG21 9BT, ending at the Dog and Duck public house by Archway Road and the accident-prone railway bridge, and to the West, down Squires Lane to Cavendish Lodge.
The newer parts are in Cavendish Park to the South West, off the new roundabout on the B6030, where a large development of executive homes by Barratts, Bovis and Gleesons is still growing beyond Intake Wood.
