Free Chincese Character Study Program (Just Register) -
A free Chinese character study program that requires registration. You register by clicking on the last button on the left menu. That will take you to another menu page that will ask you if you are registering as a "Korean" or a "Non-Korean" citizen. Click on the button appropriate to you and fill out the simple, online registration form.
