1. Open the canvas supplied in the material. It has two layers; the layer FONDO BLANCO that can be flooded with any other colour, and the layer ORIENTACION, that is going to help with the placement of the text.
2. In a new layer above FONDO BLANCO, with text tool and the following settings:
write your name.
Drag for the handles to adjust the length of your name so that it is the same as the length of the stars and adjust the height so that the letters maintain proportion.
When you are happy with the result, convert this vector layer to 'Convert to Path' - click on the little + to open up the text layer and then click again on the layer in the palette and choose convert to path and then rename this layer as TEXT.
duplicate the layer TEXT.
3. In the original layer TEXT (not in the copy) with the magic wand tool and the following settings
select some of your letters - depending on your name some of the letters may be touching so you will need to just choose some of them
Selections / load /save selection / save to alpha channel
In the window that opens choose the 'save and add to alpha channel' with the default name. 
Deselect
Convert your layer to a raster layer and then in the same layer and apply the filter Lokas Software/ Aqua : (you may have to turn off the visibility on the layer above to see the results.
(if do not you have this filter, you can substitute it for an effect from Eye Candy or Super Blade For, or any bevelled effect)
Still in the same layer apply the filter Lokas Software / 3D Shadow or a drop shadow of your choice
5. Activatethe layer COPY OF TEXT (turn back on the visibilty) convert to raster layer and apply again the filter Lokas Software/ Aqua
Load selection from your Alpha channel
Effects/effects 3D / Cutout with the following settings
Selection / Select None
6. Delete the layer ORIENTACION which is no longer required.
7. Hide the TEXT COPY layer
Activate one of the other layers and then Merge layers:
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
Save in PSP Animation Shop format
8. Activate the TEXT COPY layer and merge again
Layers / Merge / Merge Visible
Save as PSP Animation Shop format
8. Open Animation Shop and open the animation of the broom and stars - escoba.mng (it has 20 frames)
Open in Animation Shop the two images you have just saved in Paint Shop Pro and change the frame speed to 10 (alt & return)
Copy the first image that does not have so much white so that you have a total of five frames
Copy the second one which has the white so you have 15 frames
Then go back to the five frames press ctrl a and then ctrl c to copy all five frames. Go to frame 1 of your 15 frames and then press edit, paste, before current frame giving you a total of 20 frames. With all your animations open you should have this:
Go to the brush and stars animation - ctrl a and then ctrl c then drag the brush over on top of your name which has 20 frames. Position the brush at the end of your name before letting go of the mouse button. When you do let go the rest of the frames will copy over.
Change the first and last frames to a speed of velocity to 100 (alt & return).
Run your animation and if you are happy save as an animated gif.
