On your top layer

Apply mask from image

Delete mask layer

Merge group

On your bottom layer

Effects, Texture Mosaic antique 50, 50, 50, 2, 40

Effects, Texture Mosaic glass 50, 50, 50, 0, 2, 50

Inner bevel bevel number 2, 10, 25, 7, -20, 35, 135, 35, 60 (you may need to adjust these depending on your picture - just play around!!)

Click on your top layer

Layers, Merge Flatten layer

Add a border for about 15 and fill it with a nice bright colour

If you want - add a bevel effect to your border

Add watermark and any text

Merge all layers
