Thank you This tutorial was written using PSP8 QUICK TARTAN Filters Used: Crescent Moon available from here MuRa Meister available from here Simple available from here You will need a picture or tube of your choice Open a new transparent image 250x250 Now you need to completely cover your blank image - if you have started with a picture, then go on to the next step, if you are using a tube then copy and paste it on to your blank canvas 
Effects, Plugins MuRa Meister Copies - Adjust the number so that it covers your complete canvas. 
Effects, Plugins Crescent Moon, Strip Tile. Move Adjuster #1 all the way up to 255 Duplicate layer Rotate 90degrees left Reduce Opacity on this layer to 50% Merge Visible Filters, Simple - then use either Centre Tile or Quick Tile for a seamless tile. Alternative way of covering the blank canvas is to use your paintbrush and splodge lots of different colours over it - or use a gradient - just about anything you want to do! Use your creativity!
