To complete this tutorial you will need: Filters: Tramages, Tow the Line, Toadies and FM File tools, all can be downloaded from here I used the font Adler available from here

Open a new transparent image 500x500 - you can always resize later

Paste your tube on to this layer

Take two colours from your tube and go to your gradient - choose foreground background and use any style you like

New Raster Layer
-
Close visibility on your tube layer

Activate your new raster layer and fill with your gradient

Send this layer to the bottom
-
Filter - Tramages Tow The Line using the settings 80, 54, 48, 9 then press ok

Layer duplicate
-
Rotate 90 degrees right
-
Layer Merge Visible

FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss - standard settings

Repeat FM Tile Tools Blend Emboss

Open the Visibility on your tube layer

Select your tube Layer
-
Layer Duplicate

Select your first tube Layer

Gaussian Blur radius 15,

Effects Toadies - Plain Mosaic Blur Settings 15, 23, 18

Open Visibility on your top tube layer
-
Move your tube over to the left hand side of your image
-
Give your tube a drop shadow - use your own settings- be creative!!

Add your Text

Layer Convert To Raster

Apply same drop shadow as previous

Add a thin border around your graphic - I usually use a 1 pixel black border. Add your Watermark and any copyright info.
