Filters used:  Vizros 4 from here

Filters Unlimited 2.0 available from here

Take a nice picture and if it is not already square resize it - ensure that lock aspect ratio is unchecked.

Use your eye dropper and take a nice colour from your picture.

Add a border of 2 - symmetric checked

Go to Filters Unlimited 2.0, Buttons and Borders, choose Glass Frame one and change the frame size to about 25.

Go to image, resize canvas and add about 200 on to the current size of your graphic. Click on the 'centre' of your placement option buttons.

Layers - Promote background Background layer

Your graphic should now be in the middle of your canvas with a large border around the outside.

Take your magic wand and click on the outside border - press delete

Select all

Float

Open your filter Vizros 4 and choose Box

Change your dimensions so that your box appears fully in the preview pane - I chose 300 for each of mine.

Take your Magic Wand

Click on the white

Press Delete
