Bach's Adagios (set of 2)
By
Johann Sebastian Bach
.
This music is very beautiful and soothing. You instantly relax the minute you put it on. I use it every week to calm the babies downin my church nursery. It works like a charm!

This is a great background to going to laborland during your labor- great, deep, mellow sounding for you to resonate with.

Pachelbel Canon in D Major (with ocean sounds)
By
Chacra Artists
.
This is what I played the night I gave birth to my son. I also played it in the hospital room after I had my girls. It is one of the most beautiful classical pieces I have ever heard. I find the ocean sounds very relaxing as it fades smoothly into the beginning of the piece. There's nothing like it!
