Notes: Alco RS2U Number 977 was long ago been retired from the D&M/LSRC roster. Though removed from the old D&M lines, #977 continues to reside in Michigan. She was sold by the LSRC to Morris Stone of White Pigeon, an outfit which folded in the past few years upon the death of the owner. In 2006, this RS2U was acquired by next door neighbor Michigan Southern Railway, an entity of Pioneer Rail. Number 977 has been undergoing work through this past winter and is expected to join the operating fleet of the MSO sometime in the spring of 2007. As I get more info on her, I'll update this page to look like the rest of the roster pages.
