 History:  Placed into service in Aug of 2006 after a extensive rebuild by Bluewater NRHS mechanical crew, this car prevously belonged to the Huron and Eastern (Rail America) and carried the same number HESR 424 and was called "The City of Vassar".  Before coming onto the HESR this car belonged to an Ex ATSF superintendant.

 Notes: This car is used extensively for customer entertainment and railroad tours and provides an excellent way to show customers the Lake State Railways' Facilities.  It is currently stored inside the Saginaw Roundhouse.
