Let's see if we can help. First you are going to need these 2 files HERE Now where to install them depends on which operating system you are using. Below is a list of where you should install these files, since these files are zipped, you need to unzip them into the folders Windows 98 - C:\Windows\System folder
Windows ME - there are 2 spots here, the plugin.dll goes into C:\Windows folder AND into your plugins folder (which if you don't have one made, just make one, remember where you make it) NOW the msvcrt10.dll goes into your C:\Windows\System folder.
Windows 2000 - C:\WINNT\System32 folder
Windows XP C:\Windows\System32 folder I hope this helped...If you still can't get your plugins working make sure that you have your PSP file preferences set to go to the plugins folder. Settings for the Optimization Wizard After clicking on Optimization Wizard, Tick the "Animated GIF File" and "Replace the current animation with the Optimized version." Then Click NEXT Set bar to "Better Image Quality" and Click on "Customize" Under the "Colors" Tab, Set Colors to 255. Then Tick "Optimized Octree" & "Error Diffusion." Under the "Optimizations" Tab, Check "Write Minimal Frames, (Saves only the portions of the frames that have changed.)" & "Collapse Identical Frames, (Saves unchanged frames as a single frame of combined duration.)." Under the Partial Transparency Tab, (Note-this tab will NOT show up when you have a solid background.), Tick "Convert pixels less than 1" & Tick "Yes, blend with this color: Select White." Then Click OK>Next>Next>Next>Finish Then with your new Optimized version highlighted Go To File>Save As and name your graphic 7. I can only save graphics as Bitmaps (.bmp files).
