Information Required when you apply

So you have decided to join MBVROC, excellent!  After you click on the "Join Now" Option located at our "Welcome Page" you will  be taken to the MSN Net Passport creation page (unless you already have a NetPassport) then to our application page where you are asked to enter your Email address.   

(Important- please ensure you enter your Email address correctly, otherwise it is impossible for us to contact you about your application or for you to receive MBVROC info). 

In order for us to accurately determine which membership level you will receive and the associated benefits of that level. We require the following information about you and your spouse / significant other (if they wish to join also) to be entered in the "Comments" window:

1.  Your actual First and Last Names (required);

2.  Your chosen Group Nickname (optional)  If you don't have one the group will only be too happy to help you figure one out after they have met you;

3.  Model of Vulcan or Non-Kawasaki Cruiser you own (required); and

4.  Lastly where you live (required)  Note:  Do not give street addy, apt number or PO box just City, Prov/State and Country  i.e. Brandon, MB, Cdn or Fresno, CA, USA etc 

Failure to provide this information will delay the approval of your application.  We will make only two attempts to contact you.  After the second failure or both attempts are ignored (no response from you) your application will be "Denied"

Important Notices:

MBVROC does not subscribe to, agree with nor support any form of Email address selling scams that are out there.  The info you provide is used strictly to determine membership level, benefits and identify you within the group. 

Your info will be entered into the MBVROC mbrs database which is held and maintained separate and apart from this site and the Net.  The only ones with access are the MBVROC Guiding Counsel. 

 This is a "Family" oriented chapter, hence "questionable" messages or pictures by mbrs will result in deletion of the pic/post and a "Caution" being sent to the offending mbr.    Non-compliance with the caution will result in a Warning and continued non-compliance will result in permanent BAN to the offender.
