Deborah also recomended a book we can use at our meetings, retreats & workshops:
Living from the Heart of God A journal for life's stages: "Women of the ELCA offers this journal to mobilize a community and generation of women and girls into active participation for the Health & Wellness, healing & wholeness of themselves and others...
This book is for women of all ages. It contains reflections, devotions, and prayers for women's life stages, from first friends and puberty to retirement and widowhood. It is our hope that they provide insight, challenge, and perspective, as wellas, offer comfort and hope."
