*This tutorial was written using PSP8.
*The effect used gives the illusion of
having two layers of text.
*Supplies Needed*
*PSP8
*EyeCandy 3 *Google search.*
*MuRa's Copies Filter >Here< *Graphics Plus Filter *Google search.*
*Spacebeach Font (TrueType) >Here< ______
Open a new image 500 x 500 in PSP8,
flood fill with white, and name it background.
Click on the text tool, using
font: Spacebeach, Vector, Size 100,
Stroke 2.5, Anti-alias checked, Bold.
Stroke set at GoldPattern1.
Fill set at color ##000000 (black.)
Apply.
Go to Layers>Convert to Raster Layer.
Go to Selections>Select All.
Selections>Select Float.
Now go to Effects>Gometric Effects>Offset.
Apply the following settings,
(or settings of your choice.)
*Horizontal offset: 3
*Vertical offset: 4
*Custom
*Color>black #000000.
*Ok.
Effects>Sharpness>Unsharp Mask.
*Radius 1.00
*Strength: 41
*Clipping 2
*Ok.
Add a new layer, click on paint brush. 
Apply the twirl brush to the top of your name.
Use the Gold Pattern1 and GoldPattern2 for stroke and fill.
Brush size...I started with 50 and decreased the
size for the smaller letters. *Continue adding
the Twirl brush accents (on new layers) until every
letter has one (or more) on each.
*If you do not like the direction of the Twirl
click Edit>Undo and try again.
*I have included some of the twirl accents in with the zip file,
but it's more fun to make them yourself.
:-)
Now, X out all layers except for the Twirl brush layers,
and go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
Un-X your name layer, go to Layers>Merge>Merge Visible.
Un-X the background layer.
Next, copy and add the GoldAccent1 (tube)
as a new layer.
Go to Effects>PlugIns>MuRa's Copies:
*Afterimage(v_random)
*Random(h-line)
*(Tile Mode)
*Lighten
*BG Color: Black
*Number: 12
*Shift X: 2
*Shift Y: 10
*All other settings leave at default.
*Ok.
Using the deformation tool 
, tilt slightly.
Go to Effects>Sharpness>Unsharp Mask.
*Radius 1.00
*Strength: 41
*Clipping 2
*Ok.
