This Community is the Makinson Family from Halfway, Baker County Oregon and their brothers sisters and cousins that reside now or previously resided throughout the US and Canada.

    Theodore "Cal" Makinson born 1836, his son Warren Elmer Makinson and Warren's wife Lillie Leep, Anna Bell Makinson and her husband Harry Robertson ,  Richard "Dick" Makinson born 1848.Their brothers and sisters were William Cal Makinson born 1846 and his son Charles Evans Makinson who resided in Penn  then Ohio, HS Harris  Sawyer Makinson born 1839 , his sons  Sid Makinson & Oral Makinson and their Makinson descendants that lived in Kansas City and some moved to Florida, Charles Makinson born 1855 who resided and died in Cold Camp Benton Co Missouiri, descendents of Susan Makinson born 1833 and her husband Solomen Townsend, Melissa Makinson born about 1831 and John W Makinson born 1843. Both John W and Melissa were not previusly in our records and were recently found in the 1850 Laport Co, Union twp, Indiana US Census.
