W. W. Rouse Ball Mathematical Recreations and Essays
This was first published in 1892, with a slightly different title and went through numerous different editions. My copy is a 1956 reprint of the 1939 eleventh edition, revised by H. S. M. Coxeter and published by Macmillan & Co. Ltd, London. There was a 12th edition from University of Toronto Press 1974, and a 13th edition from Dover Publications 1987.
 
Henry Ernest Dudeney Amusements in Mathematics
This was first published in 1917 by Thomas Nelson and Sons Ltd, London. My copy is a 1943 reprint. I also have a 1970 reprint by Dover Publications Inc, New York.
 
Maurice Kraitchik Mathematical Recreations
This was first published 1942. My copy is 1953 second edition from Dover Publications Inc, New York. (Kraitchik lived 1882-1957)

Publication details not to hand. The first book on dissection or construction problems using pieces formed of squares atached edge-to-edge. Many of the results first appeared in Fairy Chess Review 1930-58.
 
Harry Lindgren Geometric Dissections
D. Van Nostrand Company Inc, Princeton 1964. I think a later edition was produced under a different editor, but details not to hand.
