MGS1: NEW GAME

When you select "New Game", the following options will appear on your screen:

VERY EASY*
EASY
NORMAL
HARD
EXTREME

*Only for those with the PC version of the game.

Select the difficulty setting you want to play on. Note that Hard and Extreme modes have no radar.
In The Twin Snakes you will be able to choose whether you want a radar or not and when you will be able to see it (on all the time or switched off during Alert and Invasion statuses). The same goes for MGS2.

MGS2: NEW GAME
In MGS2, you'll have all the above difficulty settings, including "Very Easy", and of course there'll always be European Extreme too for all those with the European game...
MGS3: NEW GAME
