Heeday's Photography: Policies & Restrictions Heeday takes photos just for his pleasure. He does NOT sell any of his works to fans of any artists. That means that you cannot ask him to sell and/or provide his photo works even if you are a fan of, say, Buddy Guy. Pictures are NOT posted in order for him to do some business. Instead, they are there in purpose of promoting blues music and contemporary national/local artists. One exception may apply. If you are an artist, regardless of local or national, and find your pictures posted on the web, and if you are interested in using any of your pictures for album covers and other purposes, he will make a deal. If he finds them being used without any notification, he will reluctantly have to take legal actions. Please keep the copyright rules. Please feel free to add your photo work on "Pictures" column. As long as pictures are relavant to blues music regardless of popularity of artists/bands, you are more than welcome to add your photos. Your additions will certainly promote blues music in general. If you have any problems adding pictures, please get in contact with him thru the personal E-mail. Please make sure that you cannot add photos that are taken by someone else unless you can prove that you have copyright of the materials. They will be immediately deleted from the site as soon as Heeday finds out that they are not your work. Heeday wants to make his original with his members here at the Mid-Atlantic Blues Society.
