I started this group with the intentions of gaining experience on the Web and as a tool in my own Recovery. As it turns out, it has achieved both objectives so far. It has also turned into a REAL RECOVERY SITE! This group is a place where people with addictions can post their thoughts and suggestions, comment on others thoughts and suggestions and become a support network for recovering alcoholics and addicts.

There is a lot of recovery experience on these pages, and I can only suggest that you read some of it. You never know, that, what you may read, may relate to what you’re going through at that particular time. I know that it happens over and over again for me. Another way to look at it is, what you post or write, may be just what someone else needs to hear or read at that particular moment of time.

You help yourself by helping others. People in recovery are a family. I have never been to a group or a meeting of recovering alcoholics or addicts of any kind, that I did not feel welcome or people did not listen to what I had to say.

So whether you have 20 years clean or are just starting out, or coming back to recovery,

JOIN THE FAMILY AND PARTICIPATE

IN YOUR RECOVERY AND OURS.

If you are not sure if you are an alcoholic, or if you think you may have a problem, click here: Questionnaires and answer a few questions to yourself.

If you are not sure if you are an addict click here:Am I an addict?

THANK YOU

THE MILKMAN (MIKE)
