This is the 5x7m workshop which is at the road level. You can just see the almond trees below. Fortunately it was already supplied with electricity and water, unlike some plots I looked at before purchasing this one.  More recently looking at the Spanish Land Registry on the internet, I discovered it is already registered as ‘industrial workshop’, the previous owner having manufactured straw hats there. Gata is well known for hat making and basket ware.
