****Sisters One and All****
I have a group of 'Sisters',
tho their faces are unknown.
To find them in a crowd,
I'd be standing all alone.
We come from different backgrounds,
I know there's quite a few.
Every day I check the list,
there's at least one who's new.
I have a group of 'Sisters',
tho blood-ties are not found.
When I need my 'Sisters',
I know they're all around.
I have this group of 'Sisters',
their hearts are made of gold.
I hope to know these 'Sisters',
through the years, as I grow old.
This special group of 'Sisters',
united for one cause.
To help each other cope,
with children some call 'odd'.
Our children, we adore them,
they bring us joys and tears.
I pray to watch these children,
grow throughout the years.
Together, in this 'Sisterhood',
no one shall ever fall.
I've grown to love my 'Sisters',
and their children, One and All.
