Kate left Morrice in 1959 with her family and moved to Pittsburgh,Pa. Her cousins, the Thomas's,Potters and friends most of them still in the area from Morrice, Owosso,Corunna all miss her passing this year. She had another sister Barbara who died at 48 years old in1993, Pittsburgh.  Kate was 59 years old.

I was shocked to hear of Ruth Ann's passing in October, 2006, as I had not seen her in quite a few years. 

She was the sister of Sandra and Don, and the daughter of Robert & Gwendolyn. She married Clarence Alward in July, 1967.  They tried for many years to have children, they finally adpoted a girl, Lacy.  She adored this child. It saddens me she was unable to see her grow to an adult.
