If you have a dollar to spare, or five, or ten or more....or possibly some bedding, food, toys or cages.....Please consider donating to a Ferret Shelter.
For Some Current Items Remember to visit our Fund Raisers/Promos Board. You will find information on current rescue efforts in need of help, fund raisers, raffles, e-bay items, etc., that benefit shelters. (You will also find posts relating to ferrets that are in need of forever homes and other ferrety items for sale by members-some for charity, some not). Members and shelter operators are welcome to post about any current fuzzy fund raisers. You can also find ferret shelter listings on our ?Ferret Shelters page. The AFA Shelter listing by state is linked there with banners and links to ferret shelters we know of. If you would like to add a shelter to the page please post on the board. Click here for Katrina's new Barter System, Foxy's Fabulous Finds! Trade postage stamps for Katrina's beautiful hand made ferrets and ferret toys so she can send donated items to shelters! Or, trade ferret food for her items!
Our 2007 holiday fund raiser at Lily of the Valley Art brought in a $40 donation to the local Arizona ferret shelter. We have two new Ferret Christmas Card Sets, Ferret Shelter Mom cards, Ferret Mom and Ferret Dad cards and our original Ferret Holiday Cards and Ferret Faces Note Cards. Any ferret themed card set purchased will have $1.00 per set donated to Ferret Corner Shelter & Rescue in Arizona. This program continues on for 2008's annual donation. We now have 3 styles of ferret keychains available which are included in the fund raising program.
