Making a Cluny Leaf can be hard on the fingers and hand, trying to hold everything in place. You can make a Loom out of cardboard or thin plastic. Here is a basic shape to follow, but you can make yours any way you like, as long as you have the V shapes and the pinky point on the side. Make the loom about the size of your hand or  a little smaller.

This cluny clip was sent in by one of our group members. Designed by L. Dean Farrell. This is great to use with the shuttle as there is room in the center to pass the shuttle back and forth. I used this an it was great, no finger cramps. Just pinch at the base wrap the thread over the top prongs, as if they were your middle and ring finger, anchor around the pinky and over the top, and then anchor on the middle finger.
