Message boards have gone Moderated due to a lot of Spamming lately, so once you have left a message and we are sure your a serious member you will be excepted to leave un-moderated messages. We have many Tutorials on the side bar for help with your Needle Tatting from beginner to advanced Tatting. We have some Patterns for you to use, which are all done using the #5 needle and #10 thread. This is a good size to learn to tat with, but of course all the patterns can be done in any size you wish. We also have Members Original Designs, with patterns or links to their web sites.
Also we have a New Group we started called "OUR TATTING LINKS", all links are for your tatting needs and are in categorical order for easy search to find what you may be looking for.
And now we also have a new group for those unusual patterns like Frogs, and other animals, jewelry and much more. "THE PATTERN PLACE". We have also added some info. on learning to Shuttle Tat, under "Learn to shuttle by doing finger tatting". This helps you to learn to use the shuttle with just using a couple feet of thread. This way you can learn the basics, before going out and buying a shuttle and then realizing Shuttle Tatting is not for you.
Most of this information on Finger Tatting has been transferred over to our brand new group also.
