HISTORY
Welcome to "Newark Fire History" and thanks for
stopping by. This site is dedicated to the members
of the Newark, New Jersey Fire Department who
have served, who now serve, and who will serve,
keeping its rich history and traditions alive in our
memories and hearts.
Here you will see the rich and colorful history, and traditions, of the
Newark Fire Department; the people, the machines, the battles, the
victories, the losses; the whys, hows, whos, whens, wheres, and
whats; the little known facts, stories, and trivia that have made the
Newark Fire Department one of the best in the nation.
While membership here is not mandatory, it is necessary if anyone
wishes to participate in the group, such as creating a photo album,
or posting photos or messages to the Topic Boards.
NOTE: Be advised that this is predominantly an adult site that may
contain adult language, humor, subject matter, and photos not suit-
able for children.
