Mission Statement:

An Inter - City Cutlrual Communications Duscussion Group (  MSN - NightLifeRMC ) between the cities of Syraucuse, and Ithaca, New York.  This is to bring the community of Syracuse, New York into  an International developing movement based upon explorations within the idealism of Cultural Democracy.  An inspiration public service project of Ithaca Dance Master Roger M. Christian.
