if youve considered coating the bed of your truck then you know "do it yourself"is $100 gallon and spray-on at least 3x that heres what I found at WAL-MART concrete paint for driveways $15 gallon(should do more than one bed inside) this paint is VERY tough and durable and great for budget bed liners and other unseen/rust prone places(I did the underside of my cab after repairing the floor) only downsides are rather limited color selection(5 or 6 I think) and the only solvents for it are toulene and xylene(just use disposable brush/roller-not foam kind it just melts)
